ADMINISTRATIVE / PERSONNEL ASSISTANT (FEMALE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  • Handle office equipment and supplies inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • GCE A/L, additional qualifications as a secretary or Administrative Assistant will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work longer hours if needed.
  • Age 35-45 Years

Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
