Job Description
We are looking for:
Quality Assurance Analyst, Senior
Responsibilities:
- Planning, prioritizing, coordinating testing activities & identify, record and track system bugs
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to discuss system enhancements
- Write and execute test plans based on analysis of system enhancements
- Provide support and training for required groups
- Work closely with Test Automation team & assist as required
- Document testing procedures and methodologies
- Research and resolve Production Support cases in a timely manner
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required and 4-6 years of quality assurance testing experience is required
- Experience writing test plans and test results reports
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and concepts
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work through complex system issues with a creative mindset
- Knowledge of EDI, Supply chain is a plus
