We're looking for someone to join our team as a
HR MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCE
CONSULTANTS
We are a business consulting consortium which provides diversified solutions in Financial Advisory, Audit, Accounting, Company Secretarial, HR Solutions and Wealth Management since 1990.
Responsibilities:
- Handling the HR Clientele of the company.
- Assist the Management to drive the company HR Policies/Strategies.
- Monitoring the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Monitoring Payrolls and Statutory Payments.
- Liaise with Labor department, EPF and ETF Departments.
- Disciplinary Management and Grievance Handling.
- Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Personal Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in HRM from recognized University or PQHRM.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar position and 5 years work experience in Human resource management.
- Must be familiar with labor law, liaise with labor department and other related forums would be a definite advantage.
- Excellent communication skills both in Sinhala and English Language.
- Should have excellent writing skills in English.
- Strong Mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.
- Age below 35.
