We are seeking dynamic individuals with excellent interpersonal skills for the following position
JOB SUMMARY
The Trainee Student Coordinator will support the Student services team in managing Student accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role involves assisting with Student communications, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining Student records, and learning about the organization's products or services. The Trainee Student Coordinator will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary for success in Student services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Should have passed GCE A/L and/or have a suitable business Diploma from a recognized institute or any other qualification related field. (Undergraduates are also welcome)
- Age should be below 25 years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work on Saturdays.
