YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE....
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Budget monitoring and controlling.
- Conduct Variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of the company's budgets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Analyzing for the new products feasibility required for Private Market BD.
- Handle import costing and pricing intricacies.
- Delve into manufacturing costing for comprehensive financial insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- Professional experience in ACCA/ CIMA/AC. (Part Qualified)
- Proven 2 years of experience in management accounting roles, with a focus on financial analysis, planning, and costing in manufacturing environment.
- Budget controlling, monitoring and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High integrity and ethical standards with a commitment to upholding confidentiality and compliance.
