We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated team player to join our team.
Job Profile
- Liaising with the customer from point of sales contract issuing to final shipping documents hand-over
- Engaging in the process of introducing new products and expanding existing customer portfolio with marketing team representative
- Reviewing of customer status with marketing team representative
- Maintenance of accurate records of correspondence with customers
- Conducting of Order Initiating Meetings (OIMS) with factory team and PMD team
- Achievement of customer service targets and objectives
- Providing of inputs to product development and cost reduction initiatives
Requirements
- Part qualification in Professional studies in Marketing from a recognized institute or part qualification of a degree in Marketing Management or Business Management from a recognized university
- Ability to work with minimum supervision with great attention to details to achieve tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy is a must including Microsoft Office package
- Possess at least 1 year experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage
- Be less than 25 years of age and be able to work long hours as and when required
- Preference will be given to the candidates who are residing in or around Biyagama area.
