Shanti Adventure Tours Pvt. Ltd - Shanti Travel(A Jetwing Group Company) is a fast developing e-Travel Agency. We are making individual tailor made tours for French, German, Spanish and English speaking travelers. We have offices in India, Indonesia, Philippine, Japan, France, Sri Lanka etc. The work environment is very international and we are constantly looking for ambitious people to join our team in Colombo (Sri Lanka).

Travel Experts for the French Market
Job Description:
As a Travel Expert, your mission is to make French-speaking people travel to Sri Lanka and ensure the success of their experience with our travel agency so they wish to travel with Shanti Travel again in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Sales
Profile:
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential travelers and convert them into bookings.
- Communicate with operation partners to prepare travel programs/quotes.
- Listen and understand travelers' expectations in order to design appropriate programs.
- Input traveler's information and sales follow-up data accurately into the CRM.
- Reach individual sales targets and help the team to achieve theirs.
- Good command of French.
- Previous experience in hotel reservation and/or channel management.
- Proven track records in sales and customer service.
- Strong in storytelling.
- Feel at ease over the phone and showcase excellent social skills.
- Team worker.
- Perfect command of Office pack.
- Not afraid to work long hours and under the pressure of targets.
- Very organized with an eye for details.
- Able to do multi-tasking.
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Conditions:
- Salary: Fixed depending on experience
- Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
- Reporting to: Sales Manager
