JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking for a Junior IT Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform as a member of an application & hardware support team.
- Provide support for ICT hardware/network as and when needed.
- Work with ERP system users and the management to understand requirements/issues to provide solutions.
- Assist ERP systems users with data entry/conversion.
- Assist with testing new releases/solutions of ERP systems prior to use in a live environment.
- Create user manuals, documentation, and procedures guidelines for system users, regular attendance at work, and schedule meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Advance diploma or HND will be an added advantage.
- 3 years of similar experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic idea of ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in handling ICT hardware/networks will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to work under pressure independently.
- Candidates within 15km from Aruggoda, Panadura are encouraged to apply.
- Age below 35 years.
