ASSISTANT MANAGER INBOUND TOURS

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in inbound travel and tourism industry
  • Leadership skills with a pleasant personality and strong initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
  • Professional qualification in travel and tourism would be an added advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and other travel industry partners
  • Create and manage customized tour routes, Itineraries, Cost Estimate for FIT & Group Tours
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction
