ASSISTANT MANAGER INBOUND TOURS
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in inbound travel and tourism industry
- Leadership skills with a pleasant personality and strong initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in other languages is an extra qualification
- Professional qualification in travel and tourism would be an added advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and operational goals
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and other travel industry partners
- Create and manage customized tour routes, Itineraries, Cost Estimate for FIT & Group Tours
- Implement quality control measures to ensure guest satisfaction
