Accounts Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Systematic follow-up of debtor collection & credit controlling activities.
  • Handling store management process and ensure to carry out cycle and adhoc counts and ensure the accuracy of the stock balances.
  • Managing finance related documents and presenting financial analytics.
  • Coordinate with sales team and ternal team and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Preparation of product costing, margin analysis and handling pricing of the products.
  • Good experience in stock control, logistic management, and procurement processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate should be partly qualified in CA/CIMA/AAT with a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Holding a degree/Diploma in finance/Accounting or a similar qualification in a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and willing to work extended hours when required.
  • Similar capacity for F & B industry will be added advantage. Age below 35.
