Valiant Holdings is a fast-growing company that is in the field of Manufacturing Essential Oils, Food & Beverage for the local and export markets. Due to the ongoing success and growth, we are seeking a customer focused, results driven SALES EXECUTIVE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results driven individual and have a passion for finding and developing new business opportunities with a proven background in achieving sales.
The key responsibilities of this role will include; but not limited to:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels and Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products /services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
