Senior Executive - Sea Export CSU & Documentation (2 vacancies)
Job Summary - Senior Executive
- As a key member of our team, she/he will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the shipping process.
- She/He will interact directly with clients, carriers, agents, and internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient freight movements while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Full/Part Qualification in Degree/ Diploma related to logistics
- Excellent communication, PR, and negotiation skills
- Familiarize with working under the Gensoft ERP system
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same capacity

Job Summary - Trainee
- As a Trainee in Customer Service and Documentation, she/he will undergo comprehensive training to learn the ins and outs of providing exceptional customer service and managing accurate documentation in the freight forwarding industry.
Candidate Profile
- Full/Part Qualification in Degree/ Diploma related to logistics
- Excellent communication, PR, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and learn new skills as needed.
