Area Sales Manager - Gampaha (Male Candidates Only)
NM Distributors (Pvt) Ltd, an associate company in the prestigious Penthouse Group, the sole importers and distributors for SHELL Lubricants, the World's No. 01 in Branded Lubricants, is looking for a dynamic and results oriented candidates to further strengthen the Sales.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Achieve the set volume via the sales team assigned and revenue targets in designated areas by regularly visiting the market and promoting products to existing and new customers.
- Follow up with customers, collect market debt, and regularize the collection cycles.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Monitor deliveries and report on risk accounts.
- Ensure availability of new and existing product ranges in retail customer groups.
- Identity emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.
Key Requirements
- ⚫ He should be below 40 years of age
- Should possess a degree in Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 02 Years of experience in a similar role within the Lubricant Industry is an added advantage
- Should be proficient in English
- Should be a team player
