Job Description

  • You will assist the Manager of People & Culture in driving team member engagement, people development and communication. You will be involved in not only managing the People & Culture function but ensuring the success of the hotel through effective business planning, talent management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their journey.

Qualifications

  • - A passionate individual who is focus on driving results.
  • - Passion for leadership
  • - A strong team player
  • - Ability work as a change agent and thrive under pressure situations.
  • - Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent professional qualification
  • - Previous experience in an HR role in the similar capacity in a star class hotel / reputed brand
  • - Experience in handling Resourcing, Employee Relations, IR and Administration
  • - Strong commercial/business acumen
  • - Good in PR & excellent customer service skills.
