FINANCIAL ANALYST
Lanka Rating Agency Limited (LRA) is a leading credit rating agency in Sri Lanka and licensed by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka. LRA has a technical affiliation agreement with the Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA) and provides high quality credit rating services to our clients. The shareholders of LRA include PACRA, leading commercial banks and financial institutions in Sri Lanka and strategic investors.
We seek dynamic individuals to join our growing team as Financial Analysts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative factors influencing the credit quality across diverse industries.
- Develop and maintain financial models.
- Conduct meetings with the senior management teams of clients
- Present recommendations to the external credit rating committee
- Prepare rating reports and press releases to communicate the rating rationale.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- A degree from a recognized university in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics or
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA and CA or CFA Charter holder.
- Minimum two years of experience in the financial/securities markets
- Proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and high- quality standards.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- A strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to manage and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
