Hardware Technician- Wattala, Head Office
Job Role
- Install, Maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and mac operating systems and applications.
- Provide technical support for Desktop, Laptop, Printer etc.
- Provide Other support services to data networks, UPS, Windows Servers etc. Manage troubleshooting with least possible time with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
Essential
- A Plus Diploma in computer hardware engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven knowledge in computer application packages and computer hardware.
- Must have a good knowledge of the windows server operating systems concepts, Domains, active directory and its concepts, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, and application software.
- Hands-on Working experience in MS Windows 7, Windows 10, 0365 & Open Office.
- Previous experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of server environment (AD, DNS, DHCP).
- Ability to quickly learn, spend extra time on weekdays/weekends when required, work under pressure.
