Human Resource Executive
Scope
- HR Executive specializing in Employee Relations within the company
- The role involves fostering a positive and productive relationship between the employees and the organization
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between management and employees
- Handling conflicts and disputes among employees or between employees and management
- Address employee grievances and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborating with management to develop and update HR policies and procedures related to employee relations
- Implementing programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale, satisfaction, and overall engagement. This could include organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms
- Assisting in the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues, coaching managers on effective feedback techniques, and facilitating performance improvement plans if necessary
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, is typically required
- 2-5 years of experience and having work experience in apparel/textile sector is a plus
- Proficiency in Tamil language is a must
