Human Resource Executive

Scope

  • HR Executive specializing in Employee Relations within the company
  • The role involves fostering a positive and productive relationship between the employees and the organization

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between management and employees
  • Handling conflicts and disputes among employees or between employees and management
  • Address employee grievances and concerns in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborating with management to develop and update HR policies and procedures related to employee relations
  • Implementing programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale, satisfaction, and overall engagement. This could include organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms
  • Assisting in the performance management process by providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues, coaching managers on effective feedback techniques, and facilitating performance improvement plans if necessary

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, is typically required
  • 2-5 years of experience and having work experience in apparel/textile sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in Tamil language is a must
