EXECUTIVE - SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE KATUNAYAKE
We are looking for a dynamic individual with passion to pursue career in information technology.
The ideal candidate should be energetic, team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Day to day IT related troubleshooting / network troubleshooting.
- Maintain and troubleshooting CCTV System.
- Troubleshooting telephone System / PABX SYSTEM.
- Repairing and maintaining Printers / PCs / Laptops.
- Internal Customer Support.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- Diploma or Higher with good knowledge of PC / Printer Hardware / Local & wide area Networks.
- Basic knowledge of PABX system.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft OS/Office 365/Office 2019 and packages.
- Good knowledge of IT Troubleshoot / installing software.
- Good communication skill.
- Two years experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks effectively under pressure.
- Willingness of continual change & improvement.
⚫Cloud/Network, monitoring and administration added advantage.
Knowledge in IT server operating systems (Windows 2016/2019) is an added advantage.
