Planning Executive
Scope

Planning Executive involves crucial responsibilities in coordinating, organizing, and optimizing various aspects of the production and planning process.
Responsibilities
- Develop production plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with different departments such as design, merchandising, and production to ensure production schedules meet deadlines and targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages.
- Analyze demand patterns, forecast future needs, and work closely with merchandising team to ensure the availability of materials while minimizing excess stock.
- Coordinate with marketing team to obtain customer demand and reserve plant capacity.
- Prepare detail plan accordingly to meet on-time delivery of goods to the customer.
- Review and analyze actual production against plan and inform relevant personnel about significant deviations in order to ensure corrective action is taken immediately to achieve delivery targets.
According to the detailed plan, need to share PCD with the merchandising team and follow up raw materials accordingly.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Physical science (Mathematics stream) or any other similar qualification.
- 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- The ability to analyze problems, think critically, and devise solutions promptly is crucial to ensure project success.
- Knowledge in production functions/capacities/processes with mathematical and statistical background and analytical ability.
