SALES EXECUTIVES
(Cosmetics/Skin Care Products)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Galle
- Ratnapura
- Demonstrating and presenting products to potential customers / clients which include beauticians, chemists, salons, and cosmetic outlets.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Around 3 years' experience in Cosmetics / Dermatology products sales is a must.
- Should be highly talented with outstanding sales skills & exceptional communication skills
- Riding / Driving License is necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Age below 40
The successful candidates would be offered an excellent remuneration package based on their qualifications & experience at industry standards with Bike or Vehicle allowance provided.
