Travel Planner
Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.
Role
- Assisting Manager with seafarer documentation.
- Engaging in seafarer recruitment and maintain personnel files and database.
- Engaging in the processing of visas, medicals, immigration approvals, flight tickets, etc.
- Attending to correspondences from International Principals and Official Maritime Bodies.
- Engaging in business development.
Profile
- Monitoring employment trends, building relationships and ensuring retention of crew.
- Maintaining Departmental records.
- Age between 25 - 40 years.
- Proficient in English language.
- Degree or equivalent, attained from a reputed institute.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the travel and foreign employment recruitment field.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments.
- Proficient in word processing and ERP system use.
