Travel Planner

Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.

Role

  • Assisting Manager with seafarer documentation.
  • Engaging in seafarer recruitment and maintain personnel files and database.
  • Engaging in the processing of visas, medicals, immigration approvals, flight tickets, etc.
  • Attending to correspondences from International Principals and Official Maritime Bodies.
  • Engaging in business development.

Profile

  • Monitoring employment trends, building relationships and ensuring retention of crew.
  • Maintaining Departmental records.
  • Age between 25 - 40 years.
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Degree or equivalent, attained from a reputed institute.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the travel and foreign employment recruitment field.
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficient in word processing and ERP system use.
