EXPERIENCED FULL-STACK DEVELOPER
GLOBE INTERNET LIMITED - MALAWI
Globe Internet Limited, Malawi is seeking a talented and experienced full-stack developer to join their team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing their internal systems and building enterprise-level applications that support their operations and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain existing internal systems built with PHP and a related framework (Laravel)
- Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP technologies and best practices
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain a high standard of code quality
- Experience with Linux platform administration is a plus
- Familiarity with Python and Node.js is an added advantage
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer with a strong focus on PHP and a related framework
- Solid understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
- Experience with building APIs and integrations
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
