KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee sales & marketing activities to achieve company revenue goals
- Design and initiate strategies for sales growth
- Build & maintain strong relationships with key High end clients and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market analysis, identify new opportunities, market trends and potential threats
- Develop sales forecasts & budgets in collaboration with the finance department
- Establish KPIs for the sales team and conduct regular performance evaluations

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management marketing or related field, MBA preferred
- Expertise in sales techniques, strategies & best practices
- Ability to motivate & lead employees, inspire sales team to achieve targets
- Proven success in sales leadership roles in high value goods and services
- Proficiency in CRM software & MS applications
- Strong decision making ability and negotiation skills
