The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations team and ensuring smooth coordination of ship agency services and port formalities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting day-to-day operations
- Collaborating with the team for efficient workflow
- Maintaining accurate records
- Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Minimum one year working experience in handling a similar job role
- Working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and email
- English working knowledge to read & write
- Proficiency in Ship Agency Services in relation to port formalities will be an added advantage
- Ability to work extended hours and night shifts if required
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license (optional)
- Candidate residing near to the Port of Galle will be preferred
