- Communication: Facilitating clear and effective communication between clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.

- Database Management: Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidates, including their skills, experience, and availability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maritime recruitment or a related field.
- Strong computer abilities, including proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Male candidates aged between 22-30 are preferred.
