Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and optimize productivity within the agency administration department.
  • Manage a team of agency forces, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new recruits, including licensing, appointment, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor agency performance metrics, providing regular reports and analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and sales, to support the growth and success of the agency distribution channel.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments, advising senior management on potential impacts and opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field in a recognized institute.
  • Proven experience in agency administration, insurance operations, training, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with the agency force and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
