Job Description:

The ideal candidates should be having the following profile:
The Job Role:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of files in the system and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department and Finance Department to ensure prompt delivery of facility payments.
- Ensure daily balancing of cash collection and proper banking of cash and cheques, following established guidelines.
- Accurately maintain records of post-dated cheques in chronological order.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, minimizing delays.
- Ability to report as a Relief Officer for branches in the respective region when required.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 02 years of overall experience in Junior Executive grade and handled similar job. Passed G.C.E (O/L) and G.C.E (A/L).
- Ability to work independently and effectively. Sound skills in computer/ MS Office package.
- Good Customer service Skill and team spirit.
