Assistant Coordinator - Transport Operations

  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time for operations.
  • Inspecting vehicles to ensure quality and readiness.
  • Entering relevant data into the system and maintaining records in Excel.

  • Advanced Level qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent command of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation; commitment to confidentiality; and strong organizational skills for task focus.
