FLOOR MANAGEMENT (THALAWATHUGODA)
- Converse with the patients who has finished channeling, usher them to the respective department (Pharmacy, Investigation, Radiology) and have supporting conversions
- Visit all the occupied rooms daily, throughout the stay of the patient, build good relationship with the patient, their family and bystanders
- Maintain individual records on the outcome of the daily visits and report to management
- Manage ground floor movements and attending waiting patients' needs at the channeling area

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- An Individual with 01 to 02 years' experience in Public Relations in service sector organization
- Qualification in Public Relations would be an added advantage
- A team player with computer literacy with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc
- Coordination skills with different departments/ parties and active listening and writing comprehension
