SALES EXECUTIVE - CASIO DEPT

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to customers.
  • Generate sales for Casio calculators and musical keyboards.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Process orders and coordinate delivery.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Candidate must possess

  • A diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Completion of sales training courses or certifications can be advantageous.
  • Previous experience working as a sales executive or in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in all sales activities.
