SALES EXECUTIVE - CASIO DEPT
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to customers.
- Generate sales for Casio calculators and musical keyboards.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Process orders and coordinate delivery.
- Conduct product presentations and demos.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance.
- Participate in training and development activities.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Candidate must possess
- A diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Completion of sales training courses or certifications can be advantageous.
- Previous experience working as a sales executive or in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical abilities to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve departmental objectives.
- Adherence to ethical standards and integrity in all sales activities.
