Socio-Economic Enterprise Development Trust (SEED) is a Trust which has enabled a regulatory framework to facilitate and empower underprivileged communities to overcome challenges and achieve their goals and dreams. Support the beneficiaries to achieve and engender socio-economic betterment and upliftment of the beneficiary person, families, groups, and communities.
Coordinator
- He/She should be a qualified, passionate, and experienced person who should have the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Visit rural areas and identify farmers who are suitable for obtaining capital for their empowerment, and maintain relationships with farmers, partner organizations, and technical supporters.
- Oversee some components of project budgets, as delegated, and ensure that the project outputs and targets are met as per the project indicator framework, and that activities are carried out as planned in line with the budget and project timeline.
- Ensure timely payments, invoices, reimbursements, reporting on associated projects is maintained. Provide day-to-day administrative and management inputs to the project team assuring smooth implementation of the project.
- Develop and submit routine reports and updates for internal and external partners and the Management.
- Administer the online SEED market place in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and collaborate with all government and nongovernmental stakeholders in the district and ensure the high stakeholder ownership and participation.
- Build a network with private sector players (companies) to create strategic partnerships to meet the sustainability goal.
- Monitor and follow up with the beneficiaries to ensure their situations have improved.
Job Requirements
- Holding an agriculture-related or Social science degree in a recognized university
- A minimum of five to six years working experience in a similar field.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Knowledge in MS Office and report writing.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and the capacity to get the job done with one's initiatives. Good analytical, presentation, and leadership skills.
