Globactiv Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, A premier Global Freight Forwarder, is actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Executive - Business Development. This pivotal position is dedicated to driving our vision of delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions in the competitive freight and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with agents to secure competitive rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met with our customized solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a unified approach to client service and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Pricing and Customer Service.
  • Strong Customer Relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Adeptness in market analysis.
  • Good understanding of the logistics and freight industry.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
