TRAVEL CONSULTANT - FLY LANKA
Position: Travel Consultant
Location: Colombo or Kandy
Working Hours: 2:30 AM to 11 AM Local Sri Lanka Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Offer expert advice on destinations, flights, and accommodation options.
- Handle bookings, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, products, and services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel booking platforms (AMADEUS).
- Flexibility to work early morning hours.
