  • Collaborating with other teams to enhance service satisfaction
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

  • Strong data mindset and analytical skills
  • Independent, proactive, self-motivating, resilient, and accountable
  • Excellent learning motivation, ability, communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent knowledge in online customer engagement and growth methodology
  • Proficient in professional documentation, analytics tools, and project management
  • Able to work on a rotating shifting schedule (to support 24/7 operation)
