- Collecting and analyzing user feedback to understand user needs

- Managing and maintaining relationships with users
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance service satisfaction
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Good oral and written English skills
- Strong data mindset and analytical skills
- Independent, proactive, self-motivating, resilient, and accountable
- Excellent learning motivation, ability, communication, and presentation skills
- Customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset
- Excellent knowledge in online customer engagement and growth methodology
- Proficient in professional documentation, analytics tools, and project management
- Able to work on a rotating shifting schedule (to support 24/7 operation)
