Assistant Accountant (Kurunegala Branch)
We are looking for qualified and experienced personnel for immediate engagement for the above position in our Kurunegala Branch.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting and Finance from a UGC recognized University or Part qualifications from any recognized accounting body (CA Sri Lanka, CIMA - UK, ACCA - UK).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounts department of a reputed mercantile sector organization. Experience in a firm of chartered accountants or in an audit department of a public or private sector organization would be an added qualification. Hands-on experience in computer packages including Microsoft Office is a prerequisite.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To provide leadership to the Accounts Department of the Branch.
Personality & Characteristics:
- A dynamic and pleasing personality, ability to work independently. Competent, self-driven, obedient, listening, innovative, accepts challenges, takes responsibility, and has a positive attitude towards work.
Age:
- Between 25 years to 35 years.
Duty Location:
- No 390/1 Aluth Malkaduwawa, Bamunawala, Negombo Rd, Kurunegala
Working hours:
- 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, and ready to work in extended hours.
Reporting to:
- Through the Head of Administration to the Finance Director
