QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Job Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for Quantity Surveyor at Floor Tech Engineering Solutions in Colombo. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and managing the costs for construction projects. Your tasks will include preparing and analyzing costs for tenders, conducting feasibility studies, producing Bills of Quantity, and managing project budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management, or related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local regulations
- Proficiency in using software applications for Quantity surveying
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Attention to details & accuracy
- Ability to work well in team manage multiple projects
- Relevant professional certificate or membership
