An opportunity awaits the right candidate to fulfill the following position.
Sales Promotion Officers:
(Western, Central and Southern Provinces)
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Foresee market opportunities, trends, and threats and align strategies to plan ahead. Identifying competitor movements and acting proactively is highly important.
- Build and maintain a sound rapport with contractors, architects, consultants, and end customers.
- Propose promotional campaigns based on seasonality and other market dynamics. In addition, propose the required digital media campaigns, including lead generation.
- Periodically provide management with information on market price levels, market share, and new trends.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar capacity. Experience related to roller doors will be an added advantage.
- Competitive, passionate and goal-oriented personnel willing to lead and develop a team.
- Pre-established contacts with architects, consultants, and professionals attached to the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Highly personable, with the ability to build quick and solid business relationships.
- Marketing-related full or part qualification.
- Age, preferably below 35.
- Valid driving license.
