Head of Operations
We are looking for a seasoned professional with proven experience as Head of Operations. The chosen candidate will have great brands to work with, training where necessary. Embark on a career journey with us, where your talents meet endless opportunities whilst supporting Fire-x teams' expansion into Solar (Clean Renewable Energy).
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- BSc/NDT/HND with a recognized MBA
- Past experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing
- Experience in solar energy and sales process/installation would be added advantage
- Good with numbers and financial planning Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- The individual should be within the age group of 35-40 years
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing long-term operational strategies that align with the Organizations' overall goals and objectives
- Oversee the operational activities and ensure that the workforce is productive
- Provide leadership and the drive to achieve organizational efficiency Develop strong business relationship with existing customers while building up new customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
