Job Description:
- Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision to be the market leader in elevating and enriching lives in Sri Lanka.
- The position holder will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the showroom, monitoring and leading a motivated team for the achievement of targets, and for ensuring that excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times and that the store meets all administration guidelines.
- Upon selection, candidates will go through a brief period of training that includes exposure to Retail Management, operations of our different business locations, management mentoring, knowledge-building sessions, projects, and assessments.
Job Profile:
- Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store.
- Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales & ensure efficiency.
- Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products.
- Train the shop assistants on product knowledge and on handling customers effectively.
- Inspect all areas in the store and resolve any issues proactively.
Personal Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience handling similar supervisory responsibilities ideally in the Consumer Durable Retailing Industry.
- Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- Possess effective leadership & team management skills.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Strong extra-curricular activity record.
- Overseas Retail experience will be an added advantage.
- Age below 35 Years.
