Candidate Criteria:
- Should have followed a diploma in automobile technology from a recognized automobile institute and sound technical knowledge in automobile engineering.
- Should be able to handle the sectional operations independently.
- Ability to build cordial customer relationships.
- Ability to motivate and lead a technical team.
- Should have minimum 3 years of working experience.
- A good command of English and Sinhala (a good command in Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Age below 40 years.
