About the Company:
Yaden Laboratories Pvt Ltd is BOI approved, the first Sri Lankan company manufacturing pharmaceutical liquid injectables for human well-being. Our factory is located in Katunayake Export Processing Zone.
We are looking for a:
Dynamic, self-motivated, dedicated, and goal-oriented candidate for the following position with a long-term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve set goals:

Senior Executive Process Engineer - Mechanical
Position Summary:
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures, as well as preventive maintenance with a zero breakdown target.
- Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Position directly reporting to General Manager - Engineering.
Essential to this Position:
- Understand the process engineering of liquid injectable production as per norms and company plans and execution.
- Maintain all necessary spares at all times by proper identification.
- Minimize breakdowns and downtime to reduce production loss.
- Maintain all process machine documents for references and all machine manufacturer contacts for support or in emergencies.
- Handle audits, prepare compliance reports, maintain the building inside for a long life and effective results.
- Control contamination process for injection blocks (HVAC), plan and handle water system operation, ensure quality water production, and maintain the water system.
- Develop a team to attend breakdowns and preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
Educational Background, Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering specialized in Mechanical or equivalent.
- Proven 3 years of work experience in the Engineering industry with a minimum of 1 year in an Injection pharmaceutical formulation facility or Food Processing industry.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Good multitasking abilities.
