RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting top management in developing and implementing promotional strategies across all marketing channels
Planning, managing and executing monthly social media content plans. Writing engaging captions and generating content when necessary
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth
Developing impactful public relations strategies to shape cafes public image
Planning, managing, and coordinating café-related launch events and experiential activities
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, photographers, and other external resources
Managing and implementing website content

REQUIREMENTS

BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or similar
Proven experience in marketing or similar role
Outstanding analytical skills - being able to foresee challenges and come up with solutions
In-depth understanding and hands on experience with Social Media channels
Excellent communication and people skills
Budget management skills
