Our head-office is based in Melbourne, Australia with a fully fledged development center in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We have been developing commercial software for the past 20 years with over 30 employees. We develop solutions in ERP, CRM, Transport Management, Warehousing, Event and Visitor Management for clients in diverse industries such as food distribution and manufacturing, plant & heavy equipment hire, and logistics.

PRODUCT/PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in IT.
  • Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and managing client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, integrating market research and customer feedback.
  • Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases, fostering collaboration among internal teams.
  • Analyze product metrics and user data to iteratively enhance features and functionalities.
  • Understand clients' objectives and challenges, aligning product strategies to meet their needs effectively.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to optimize customer satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports to clients.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Drive innovation and brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
