Senior Executive Human Resources
- Delegate HR-related tasks and set objectives for team members, track employee growth, and monitor daily performance
- Manage performance appraisals based on the data you track annually as per company regulations
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures that help promote a healthy and productive work environment
- Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company's recruitment practices
- Determine HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, review departmental budgets
- Liaise with existing employees and address their requests and grievances to ensure a safe and productive workplace
- Guide senior management on compliance-related matters and demonstrate your findings through virtual meetings and presentations
- Lead and coordinate onboarding for new hires, process probationary feedback, and manage employee evaluations and terminations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Management or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Proven ability to design and implement company policies
- Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in HRIS software
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
Executive Human Resources and Administration
- Facilitate the company recruitment process
- Attend for the requests of labor department
- Providing salary formulation inputs for General manager
- Calculation and distribution of the salaries of seasonal workers
- Overlooking the salary advances of both permanent and seasonal workers (Monitoring the process done by HR officer)
- Monitoring the probations and preparation of confirmation/ extension/termination letters
- B card registration process
- Monitoring the distribution of EPF/ETF annual statements
- Facilitate the employee claims of ETF and EPF
- Overlook the personal files
- Overlooking the distribution of pay sheets
- Reviewing company fire insurances
- Facilitate the renewals of annual company certifications
Requirements
- A degree or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management along with 4+ years of working experience in a HR role
- Previous working experience in Manufacturing industry is an added advantage
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with decision-making skills
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be well organized, and possess good planning skills
