SERVICE MANAGER (Sri Lanka Office)

Role Overview:

  • As Service Manager, you will oversee our service department, focusing on high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivery excellence, meeting committed response times and improving processes.
  • Coordinate with service parts and coordinators to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support sales activities for enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the operational and financial aspects of the service department, including developing SLAs.
  • Develop strategies for improved service delivery and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 10 years of experience as a Service Manager in print industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and developing effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
