SERVICE MANAGER (Sri Lanka Office)

Role Overview:
- As Service Manager, you will oversee our service department, focusing on high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure service delivery excellence, meeting committed response times and improving processes.
- Coordinate with service parts and coordinators to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle customer inquiries and support sales activities for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Manage the operational and financial aspects of the service department, including developing SLAs.
- Develop strategies for improved service delivery and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Preferably 10 years of experience as a Service Manager in print industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and developing effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
