PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

PROJECT DURATION: ONE YEAR
We are actively seeking a meticulous and experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team. As a Site Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate measurement and assessment of project quantities. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough site evaluations, collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret and implement design concepts accurately. A keen focus on precision is essential, ensuring that quantity calculations align with industry standards and project specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating quantity assessments to reflect changes and modifications during the project lifecycle, while maintaining a systematic document control system.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in the industry
- Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in construction projects and site evaluations.
- Skills: Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in quantity assessments and measurements.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
