Accounts Assistant
We are a long established company involved in the island wide distribution of construction equipment and spare parts.
Job Profile:
- Preparing import costings.
- Managing day to day administrative functions such as maintaining records, creating quotations, invoicing and handling petty cash.
- Liaise with banks, customers, suppliers and other institutions.
- Functions of payroll.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Background in accounting or commerce.
- Some knowledge in accountancy packages and Microsoft Office package.
- Knowledge in "Busy" software will be an added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
