Accounts Assistant

We are a long established company involved in the island wide distribution of construction equipment and spare parts.

Job Profile:

  • Preparing import costings.
  • Managing day to day administrative functions such as maintaining records, creating quotations, invoicing and handling petty cash.
  • Liaise with banks, customers, suppliers and other institutions.
  • Functions of payroll.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Background in accounting or commerce.
  • Some knowledge in accountancy packages and Microsoft Office package.
  • Knowledge in "Busy" software will be an added advantage.
  • Age below 35 years.
