Senior Executive - Sales (Trade) - Eastern Province, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing existing Dealers and developing new Dealers in the region in order to generate sales through them and to achieve annual targets allocated
  • Establish and execute a sales strategy to grow sales and increase market share Responsible for timely payment collections that are due as per credit terms / periods
  • Introduction of new products and expansion of the vertical by Introducing the Hafele brand. Responsible to further develop existing key accounts and generate business from them by promoting a suitable Product Mix
  • Internal coordination for timely processing of customer orders / billing and material delivery. Assessment of market potential by mapping and gathering data
  • Collaborate and organize Marketing activities according to the seasonality and requirement

Role Requirement

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
  • Diploma in Marketing/ Management
  • EXPERIENCE:
  • Min. 05 years of Sales or related experience
  • AGE:
  • below 35 years of age
  • ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Relationship Management skills
  • Written and Verbal Communication Skills
