IT Executive
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Manage user access to various systems and databases.
- Ensure data security and compliance with access control policies.
- Provide support to online users and address their queries and issues promptly.
- Create and update comprehensive documentation for system configurations, user guides, and maintenance procedures.
- Regularly perform system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and software installations.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Broker BackOffice (BBO) and Order Management System (OMS).
- Collaborate with system vendors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Maintain detailed backup records and ensure data recovery capabilities.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities.
- Support system audits conducted by regulatory authorities such as the SEC and CSE.
- Coordinate the audit process and provide the requested documentation and access.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with IT systems, networks, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management and IT budgeting preferred.
