RESORT MANAGER
The "CHARTY BEACH RESORT" nestled in the serene coastal Charty Beach, JAFFNA, with 10 rooms, offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure against the backdrop of pristine beaches and azure waters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Flexible working hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Being trilingual will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to handle all-round tasks in a small resort hotel efficiently
- Monitor small boutique and fleet of boats and revenue
- Supervise staff and ability to guide trainees
- Involve with marketing efforts to attract guests and promote available facilities
